USAA contracted with a leading solar developer to install a 2.4 MW solar system on the rooftop of a New Jersey industrial building located in Cranbury. The project creates values for USAA through an annual site lease payment paid by EnterSolar and minimizes pricing uncertainty for future energy procurement through a power purchase agreement. Black Bear Energy served as the owner’s representative for USAA throughout the process from concept to commissioning.
