STAG Industrial (NYSE:STAG) contracted with a solar developer to install 1.8 MW of solar on industrial rooftops in Minnesota. The systems generate clean energy for community solar subscribers, and STAG receives lease payments. Construction started in Fall 2019. Black Bear Energy represented STAG throughout the process from concept to commissioning.
