LBA Realty asked Black Bear to oversee the procurement and installation of LEDs at various properties including office assets in Arizona and at an industrial asset in Nevada in order to reduce operating costs and support sustainability efforts. In addition to providing value for the owners and tenants, the installation of LEDs in the office parking garage also served to improve lighting and safety. Black Bear Energy served as the owner’s representative for LBA Realty throughout the process from concept to commissioning.
