Black Bear Energy oversaw the installation of LEDs at multiple retail sites managed by LaSalle. These projects generated utility bill savings for the properties while also improving lighting quality and therefore safety. Black Bear Energy served as the owner’s representative for LaSalle throughout the process from the concept to the commissioning.
