As a Client Operations Director for Black Bear Energy, Jen works closely with clients to deliver valuable energy projects by putting priority sites out to competitive procurement, selecting the ideal developer to partner with, and facilitating conversations between relevant parties to deliver a successful project.

Previously, Jen worked with the Department of Energy’s Pacific Northwest National Lab, researching market prospects of cutting-edge renewable energy technology, alternative value streams of renewable energy production, and equitable policy outcomes surrounding an energy transition. In addition, Jen formerly worked with the Philadelphia Energy Authority, implementing the Solarize Philly campaign and facilitating the construction of residential rooftop solar systems across the city.

Jen earned a Masters in Environmental Policy with a Certificate in Energy Management from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in International Affairs and Environmental Studies from the George Washington University. Jen is based in Boston, MA, and enjoys hiking, skiing, and traveling the world.
