Pauline works as Client Operations Manager for Black Bear Energy.  She is responsible for helping her clients identify solar opportunities, putting priority sites out to competitive procurement, selecting the ideal developer to partner with to bring solar installations to fruition, and facilitating conversations between all parties involved to deliver finished projects in a timely manner.  She is focused on supporting her clients in achieving their onsite renewable energy goals and demonstrating the economic value that solar can create for real estate owners. 

Previously, Pauline worked as a Sustainability Consultant with UHG Consulting, implementing strategies to reduce corporate environmental footprints while maximizing profits.  She guided organizations on solutions for increased energy efficiency, decreased water consumption, increased waste diversion, LEED certifications and green loan compliance.  Pauline additionally developed and implemented the marketing strategy for an eco-friendly mooring system as Marketing Director of Hazelett Marine.

Pauline earned a BA in International Relations with a Minor in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.  She is a steward of the environment and constantly searches for ways to leave a positive impact on the earth.  In her free time she enjoys riding her bike, enjoying the great outdoors and traveling the world.
