As a Director of Client Operations at Black Bear Energy, Pauline is responsible for helping her clients identify solar opportunities, putting priority sites out to competitive procurement, selecting the ideal partner to bring projects to fruition, and facilitating conversations between all parties involved to efficiently deliver solar installations.  She supports her clients in achieving their onsite renewable energy goals and demonstrating the economic value of solar projects for real estate owners.  Pauline takes pride in seeing her clients become industry leaders in the deployment of renewables, having overseen the installation of over 40 MWs of onsite solar projects, with hundreds of MWs in the pipeline.

Previously, Pauline worked as a Sustainability Consultant with UHG Consulting, implementing strategies to reduce corporate environmental footprints while maximizing profits.  She guided organizations on solutions for increased energy efficiency, decreased water consumption, increased waste diversion, LEED certifications and green loan compliance.  Pauline additionally developed and implemented the marketing strategy for an eco-friendly mooring system as Marketing Director of Hazelett Marine.

Pauline earned a BA in International Relations with a Minor in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.  She is a steward of the environment and constantly searches for ways to leave a positive impact on the earth.  In her free time she enjoys riding her bike, enjoying the great outdoors, traveling the world, and learning to be a new mom.
