Megan started as an analyst at Black Bear in 2021 and after receiving her Masters in Business Analytics from the University of Colorado in 2024, founded the inaugural software team as Product Manager. Her time on the analysis team provided her with a unique insight into the business operations of the company that she uses to inform software decisions. Megan's optimizer mindset helps her to identify inefficiencies and workflows that could benefit from software automation.

She is passionate about designing software that save time and improves quality. Megan received her Bachelors in Integrated Design Engineering from the University of Colorado and is based in Carbondale, CO. She also attended Pepperdine University and was captain of the Cross Country and Track Teams. Outside of work, Megan loves to race mountain bikes, fly fish, ski, and spend time with her cat Miso.
