As Senior Director of Client Operations at Black Bear, Jen works closely with the leading commercial real estate owners in the country to deliver valuable energy projects. With her clients, she puts priority sites out to competitive procurement and leads the developer selection, while simultaneously facilitating all relavant parties in delivering a successful project. She has personally overseen the installation of over 50 MW of solar across her clients' industrial, office, life science, and multifamily properties, with a pipeline of over 80 MW of solar set to begin construction in the next year.

Previously, Jen worked with the Department of Energy’s Pacific Northwest National Lab, researching market prospects of cutting-edge renewable energy technology, alternative value streams of renewable energy production, and equitable policy outcomes surrounding an energy transition. In addition, Jen formerly worked on the Philadelphia Energy Authority's Solarize Philly campaign to facilitate the construction of residential rooftop solar systems across the city. Jen earned a Masters in Environmental Policy and Energy Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in International Affairs and Environmental Studies from the George Washington University. Jen is based in Cambridge, MA, and enjoys hiking, skiing, and traveling the world.
