Erin Edwards is Senior Vice President of Renewable Transactions for Black Bear Energy.  Erin joined Black Bear in 2016 and leads the Transactions team whose work includes assisting clients in negotiating various renewable energy contracts (leases, power purchase agreements, design-build agreements, or operations & maintenance agreements).  Erin’s team has facilitated the negotiation and execution of over 750 MW of solar and/or energy storage contracts helping to further our client’s on site renewables goals.

Prior to her tenure at Black Bear, Erin worked for fifteen years in various roles within the real estate division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. including legal transactions, facilities procurement, risk management and property development.

Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Arkansas State University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas.  She is based in Rogers, Arkansas located in the beautiful Ozark Mountains.
