Andrew S. Carney

Senior Vice President of Development

Andrew is responsible for oversight of site planning, system design, budgeting, interconnection, and construction for Black Bear. Prior to joining Black Bear he was Vice President – Development Manager for Prologis, responsible for all aspects of site planning, development and building construction for speculative, build-to-suit and fee development projects throughout the U.S. He also directed the Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities for renewable energy projects globally. Andrew successfully managed over $500,000,000 in development and construction projects during his tenure with Prologis, for a variety of customers such as Procter & Gamble, Disney, Verizon Wireless, Home Depot and Goodman Manufacturing. Prior to Prologis, he held development positions at Stellar in Jacksonville, FL. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida and is a LEED® Accredited Professional.
